The Mercer family has deep roots in Prosser; for over 130 years our family has been involved in the local community. While predominately involved in agriculture, the Historic Mercer Building is a shining example of our family’s industrious nature. Built by Willis Mercer in 1906, the family-owned Historic Mercer provides upscale, boutique accommodations in a quintessential rural downtown setting.

Beautifully Restored Suites

The beautifully restored suites include original wood floors, stunning 8′ x 3' windows, full kitchens, and en-suite bathrooms. Fast wifi, Smart TVs, walk-in tiled showers & finest beds provide relaxation. Head downstairs for coffee at Brewminatti, enjoy complimentary Mercer Estates wine and our resident and guest gym/yoga area and common room.

Great location in Prosser and also within proximity to wineries and vineyards. The property has been beautifully updated and was incredibly comfortable. We are sort of "bed snobs" and I would have to rate this as the best bed I have ever slept in. This was a mini-vacation to escape from Covid quarantine and the apt. could not have been more perfect!

What a wonderful home-away-from-home for these past few days. The suite is cozy, well-appointed, and welcoming. The sound machine is genius! We enjoyed touring wine country (truly a perfect home base for exploring Red Mountain!) and everyone was so positive and enthusiastic when learning we were guests at the Historic Mercer. This was our 20th anniversary celebration, but there's no doubt we'll be back with friends for one of our official "winecations"! Thank you, Julie, for your hospitality!
